The Programming Consultation is FREE, NO-COMMITTMENT, and 1-hour long. At the end of the full hour, I’m going to try and sell you one of my services because that’s what I do for a living, but only if you can benefit from it. Your needs determine what might help you reach your goals:

  • Accountability, Program Guidance, Exercise Coaching = Personal Training

  • Accountability, Program Guidance = Remote Coaching

  • Program Guidance only = Personalized Programming

  • You program yourself, just want professional input = Free Program Consultation

Everyone gets a consultation, whether you need or want to work with me or not. This helps me stay sharp in my skillset by helping people with a wide range of goals regularly.
