The best way I can possibly help you reach your fitness goals is through Personal Training. By seeing a client weekly, I learn how their body moves, their strengths, and their weaknesses. This allows me to maximize the personalization of their program and its progressions toward their goals. I can teach the client more frequently about proper form as well the science behind their programming, speeding up their progress both physically and intellectually. Personal Training is how I make clients into independent fitness enthusiasts.
Personal Training includes:
The number of 1hr in-person sessions you purchased in your package. Access during those sessions to 1 of 3 high-quality gyms in the Manhattan area, chosen based on client’s location, goals, experience, and preferences.
Education on the what, how, and why of your programming each and every session (form, approach, anatomy, biomechanics, etc.).
Personalized fitness program access via the TrueCoach software and app.
Program updates when necessary based on in-session performance and client feedback.
Phasic progression of fitness program to reach successive goals over time, usually every 4-8 weeks. Re-assessments when necessary.
Full access to me via text and email for questions and advice.

Remote Coaching
If in-person Personal Training isn’t for you, you can still benefit from the education, guidance, and accountability of a coach virtually. Remote fitness coaching includes communication via weekly app messaging and monthly coaching calls, personalized programming to help you reach your goals, and education on that programming to build your fitness knowledge.
Remote Fitness Coaching includes:
Weekly fitness programming shared through the TrueCoach app, including all programming variables and exercise tutorials.
Client input to TrueCoach including uploaded exercise videos, exercise results, and workout/exercise completions
Weekly coach review of client input, program updates when needed, and weekly coaching messaging on TrueCoach with feedback on the previous week and coaching points on the following.
New “phase” of training (updated programming) every monthly cycle, using previous phase/month input as guidance.
Monthly 1hr consultation call and coaching email to review the performance/results of the prior phase and cover the next progression phase of your program.
Unlimited access to me via the TrueCoach messaging platform and email for questions and advice.
Remote Fitness Coaching

Personalized Programming
If you want to work on your own, but aren’t sure of the plan moving forward, personalized fitness and/or nutrition programming is for you. The responsibility of execution is on your shoulders, but the program provides all the guidance and education you need to execute effectively. Your program is tailored to your goals, lifestyle, experience/knowledge, and individual characteristics. All you have to do is follow the program and learn from the built-in education.
Personalized Programming includes:
A free 1hr consultation call to gather assessment information needed to write your program(s).
A personalized 6-, 12-, or 18-week fitness program divided into 6-week phases (fitness).
12 or more sample, pre-calculated meals that match your programmed macronutrients with specified ingredients and serving sizes (nutrition).
A high-quality excel document containing your program, notes, built-in calculations, and educational content. You can edit and place inputs into the program to make it your own.
Education within the excel document on the programming decisions made, each progression, and how to progress the program further when necessary.
A summary email (upon document delivery) giving instructions on how to use the excel document and the overall approach of the program.
